Our business provides a fully comprehensive digital service to businesses, organisations and the public sector through contracts. This approach allows us to manage risks, maintain expertise, and deliver consistent, high-quality services.
Our assessment service includes all admin for referrals, an in-house assessment to match the end user with the perfect psychotherapist and a one hour session to ensure the end user is ready for therapy.
Once a referral is made, we can work with the end client to schedule their appointments at a convenient time, send appointment confirmations and reminders via text and email, and provide a one-click access link to our secure platform for easy access.
Packages are available including our referral service, assessment and bookings along with a fixed number of therapy sessions. The average end user benefits from eight sessions of therapy but each individual will have their own needs. Unused sessions can be rolled over to new end users.
Psychotherapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings with a trained professional, helping you manage stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. It offers emotional support, coping strategies, personal growth, and improved relationships.
Research shows that therapy can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve emotional well-being, and enhance relationship quality (Cuijpers et al., 2016; Lambert, 2013). Humanistic therapies like Person-Centred therapy foster self-growth and emotional resilience through a compassionate, client-focused approach (Elliott et al., 2013).
According to the Centre for Mental Health's report in 2022, the economic and social costs of mental health in England reached £300 billion, with £101 billion of that burden falling to businesses. This study was commissioned by the NHS Confederation’s Mental Health Network, highlighting a significant cost that doubles the entire annual budget of the NHS (Centre for Mental Health, 2022).
According to a report by Deloitte (2020), companies see an average return of £5 for every £1 spent on mental health initiatives, due to reduced absenteeism, improved productivity, and higher employee retention.
